Financing through affordable Bay Area Solar Provider

As a leading affordable Bay Area solar provider we give you complete access to the CaliforniaFIRST Program.  This is the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing program for residential and commercial properties.

The CaliforniaFirst program allows property owners to finance the installation of energy efficient improvements on homes or businesses. This is done through the issuance of a municipal bond, and is paid back as a line item on their property tax bill.

CaliforniaFIRST financing doesn’t rely on your credit rating or down payment.  Give Fidelity Home Energy a ring for additional information or visit CaliforniaFIRST.org.

Through an innovative partnership with our county government,  Fidelity Home Energy has been able to pass savings and opportunities to its truly valued customers. If you are a homeowner in the Bay Area you can easily zero out your utility bill.

CaliforniaFIRST allows you to immediately increase your home equity with no money out of pocket.  With Fidelity Home Energy being an  affordable solar provider in the bay area, property owners are able to put money back in their pocket and eliminate all property tax re-assessments.

You can see why President Obama favors P.A.C.E, right here!

The Federal Housing Administration set new principles allowing the transfer of P.A.C.E financing between owners during a sale. This allows you to move completely debt free. The ability to transfer this financing from owner to owner allows both payment and value of the retrofit to be transferred.

In 2014 the P.A.C.E program shelled out over $500 million for 25,000 homes to become more energy efficient. Commercial properties ate up $100 million, totaling $600 million. This is a 10% increase from 2013’s $60 million.
