(Image of solar crew and truck) Once a customer decides to purchase a solar system, a crew is assigned to the project. Fidelity Home Energy takes care of all aspects of the project, including drawing the plans, completing all the required paperwork and obtaining the necessary permits.
The installed system will need to be inspected by the city or county building department, and in some areas the utility company, to ensure the project meets their safety standards. Fidelity Home Energy takes care of all aspects of scheduling and completing these inspections.
Application for Permission to Operate
After inspection passes, Fidelity Home Energy completes and submits the application for Permission to Operate to the utility company’s solar division.
Permission to Operate
Once the utility grants Permission to Operate, or PTO, the homeowner can start enjoying the energy savings from their solar.
